124th - you can see how high the water is by looking at the street sign behind the girls. There is another street sign just behind the "water over roadway" sign that you can only see the very top of it. the road dips just beyond where the girls are standing.
see the bench...what bench you may ask - well, see that peice of wood with the brackets on it next to the tree, that is the bench we are sitting on in the picture below.
