A thief

we have a thief in house... one that like chocolate...one that has discovered that there are some cherry chocolate kisses on the top shelf of the fridge...one that discovered if she uses a chair next to the fridge...she can reach...i'm waititng to "catch" her in the act. so far all i've seen is the leftover evidence of wrappers and a chocolate face....who might this thief be you ask???? I'll let ya know when I get a picture.

I am my mother's daughter

So today I had a moment that made me think - I am my mother's daughter. I was taking a little drive to help Little Bit fall asleep (she desperately needed a nap today) and almost hit some birds that were sitting in the road. I kept thinking move little birds, and they didn't and then I was sure as they flew up towards my car that they were going to hit the windshield. I threw my hands in the hair over my head and and ducked. Little Dude asks, what's wrong mom? Oh nothing, I replied. I am my mother's daughter...
